Interns will be required to maintain a close relationship with the primary leadership and secondary leadership of the Ministry. They will be required to be partnering with the leadership. They are expected to bring their personal issues to leadership for prayer, counsel and possible input. They are expected to not allow offenses to come, and to be extra eyes and ears concerning others in the Ministry and how they respond to new directions. They are expected to fully understand the vision and mandates and to be praying and giving input in how they can be fulfilled with what is currently going on in the Ministry. They are also expected to support and endorse what the overall Ministry is doing and to make a stand against those opposing the ministry's direction. Interns are to hold things in confidence that are sensitive. Interns are to guard the Ministry leaders and to guard the overall Ministry.

An intern at Jubilee International Ministries is someone in training to take over areas of the Ministry or to be able to start their own Ministry. The internship is actually a privilege. As an intern you will be given greater privilege as you take on greater responsibilities. Favoritism will not be shown, a greater privilege will be. It will be an opportunity to not only gain schooling but also life skills as well.

Compensation

The Internship program offers free school tuition to those qualifying and making a 24-month commitment to the ministry. Interns will only have to pay for room and board and schoolbooks. They will only be allowed to work a part time job during the time of their internship. The remainder of the time will be spent in the internship program, study, prayer, ministry and schooling.

The internship program is a way to get free education and have application of those things at the same time. Because of this, Jubilee International Ministries holds the right to dismiss any intern not performing satisfactorily and also has a limited amount of internships available.

Spiritual Accomplishment

Each intern is expected to complete the full 9-month school and the Timothy Training class on Spiritual Fathering. Along with this, each intern will be developed to Lead intercession in the Prayer Furnace, Do ministry to individuals at Saturday night Encounter meetings and conferences. Preach sermons and move in gifts during Application nights. Each intern will be expected to lead a service and maintain and keep it in a spiritual flow. Some interns will be expected to travel and preach within the region. All interns at this time will be involved in the Revelation Alliance of Iowa to help break the state of Iowa open and into Awakening. All interns will help organize conferences. Other significant ministry opportunities are also available such as going to the International Leadership Embassy in Washington DC that the ministry of Jubilee is a part of.
